New Color Guests
Please complete any consultation forms sent to you prior to your appointment. These forms help us better understand your hair history, goals, previous color services, and maintenance preferences so we can make the most of our time together and create a personalized plan for your hair.
For Color Appointments
Please arrive with relatively clean, dry hair.
While next-day hair is perfectly fine, excessive oil, heavy styling products, root touch-up sprays, or large amounts of dry shampoo can create a barrier that may impact color application and processing. For the most predictable and beautiful results, we recommend arriving with hair that has been washed within the last few days and is free of excessive product buildup.
For Curly Haircuts
Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and styled as you normally wear it.
Curly haircuts begin with a dry cutting technique that allows your stylist to see your natural curl pattern, shape, and movement. After the dry cut, your service will include a shampoo, refinement cutting, styling, and personalized recommendations to ensure your final shape is balanced and customized to your unique curls.
What to Wear
If you're receiving color services, consider wearing a top with a wider neckline or a button-down shirt for comfort during your appointment.
Running Late?
If you're running behind, please send us a quick text. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to modify or reschedule their appointment to ensure adequate time for their service.
