At Salon Freebird, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. These policies help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and the time needed to provide exceptional service. If you're unsure what service to book, please reach out prior to your appointment and we would be happy to help.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time for your service and for guests scheduled after you.
Service Adjustments & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an adjustment if appropriate.
Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in each service, Salon Freebird does not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if there is an issue with your hair, I am committed to working with you to find a solution whenever possible.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Salon Freebird accepts cash, all major credit cards, and other approved payment methods. A 3% service fee is applied to all credit card transactions. There is no additional fee for payments made with cash.
We also offer flexible financing through Cherry and Affirm, making it easy to invest in the services you love with convenient monthly payment options.*
We appreciate your understanding and support as this allows us to continue providing exceptional service while maintaining transparent pricing.
*Financing is subject to approval through Cherry or Affirm. Terms and eligibility are determined by the financing provider.
